Tech Help In-Person

Need help using any of the library's digital resources, such as the Libby app? Looking for basic navigation support for your laptop, smartphone, tablet, or e-reader? Register for a 30 minute tech-help session! Remember to bring all devices and any account passwords you might need. 

Library staff can only offer basic technology assistance. Please note that we are unable to assist with the following:

  • Troubleshooting malfunctioning devices
  • Physical repairs
  • Setting up devices (including transfer of files)
  • Setting up or transferring between cloud storage accounts
  • Recommendations on the purchase of service plans, software, or other applications
  • Devices other than laptops, smartphones, tablets, or e-readers
