Reserve a Space

The Spring Hill Public Library meeting spaces are offered primarily to support library programs, but the library may allow nonprofit organizations not associated with the library to reserve a space if that usage will support the library's mission.

Reservation requests can be placed up to 12 weeks before the needed date and should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Organizations are limited to two reservations per week, no more than four hours per reservation. If your organization will not make your reserved time, you are responsible for contacting the library to cancel.

Please review our Meeting Room Policy and Guidelines to see if your organization qualifies to reserve a space.
