Book Chat In-Person
Are you ready to meet fellow readers and chat about books? Join Book Chat, Spring Hill Library’s book club!
Each month we will read a book from a different genre together. Join us this month for a great discussion on our selected memoir: Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood by Trevor Noah.
Please register to attend. Limited copies of Book Chat books will be available for checkout at the Circulation Desk on a first come, first served basis. Books are also available to borrow on TN READS/Libby or Hoopla.
This month we will also be hosting a summertime book swap after our book discussion! Below is how you can participate:
- Purchase a new or lightly used fiction book that you consider a great vacation read. If purchasing a used book, please make sure it is in a very good or like-new condition.
-Gift wrap the book or place it in a gift bag.
-Attach a note to the outside sharing why the book is perfect to read while on vacation. Please do not write the book's title or your name...it's a fun secret!
-Bring your gift book to our next meeting and get ready to receive a great book in return!
** Participation in the book swap is voluntary.
You are welcome to bring yummy treats for everyone to enjoy.
