Every Body Yoga

Every Body Yoga In-Person

You can do yoga no matter what type of body you live in. This is a yoga class designed for everyone. Chairs, walls, and other props for support will be provided along with clear instructions. Explore basic postures, gentle stretches, and movements that build strength, mobility, and balance.  No experience needed.  Appropriate for individuals with physical challenges. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water.  If you have yoga equipment at home, please bring it. 

This class is taught by Jessica Joy, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor.

It’s a good idea to check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. This class is for adults.
